You have 7 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Some products, such as digital downloads, gift cards, and clearance items, may be non-returnable.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.
If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
If you have not received a refund within the expected time, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
