Returns

  • You have 7 days from the date of purchase to return an item.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Some products, such as digital downloads, gift cards, and clearance items, may be non-returnable.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.

  • If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • If you have not received a refund within the expected time, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at madini@stark-innovation.com before sending the product back.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is posted.

  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is reflected.
